depression

i am so depressed.

why?

i'll tell you why!!

depression #1
after waiting endlessly for the seasons of gilmore girls to go on special because they regularly do, i have acquired 5 out of the 6 released seasons on dvd.
i am now awaiting to buy the 2nd season and waiting for the 7th (and last) season to be released here in Australia sometime later this month.

BUT.
guess what??!?!?!?!

those fuckers have released a limited edition boxed set of the COMPLETE series of gilmore girls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


how could i not predict this?!?!?
of course they're going to bring out something like this! they did it for friends, charmed, sex and the city- everything! why am i so stupid!
argh, i'm so annoyed.

i think i'm going to sell off the dvds that i have on ebay and buy this boxed set.
urgh.
its so depressing.
but....
look how pretty the boxed set is!! its like a carry bag AND they have a "gilmore-isms" book!!! omg i want that book, filled with all their quirky and witty one-liners......
although i don't like it how they're photoshopped in to cartoon rooms, its a bit tacky if you ask me.

still its damn annoying to know i could have just waited for this instead of buying all the dvds individually!!

i am a hypocrite.

similar thing happened to tim, when his boston legal dvds went into a boxed set of the 3 seasons and he had bought the first 2 seasons individually.
he was complaining and i said in reply,

"oh wah wah have a cry, its just dvds! geez its still the same shows, just packaged differently! freaking build a bridge and get over it, or just give the dvds to me and you go buy the boxed set!!"

why oh why oh why did i say that?!?!? now i get no sympathy from him!!!!

my family is leaving for singapore/malaysia/hong kong/ china tomorrow without me! while i stay here and slave away working ungodly hours at that bloody bookstore (ok so i like it there, shut up)

i am so insanely jealous. ohhh the exchange rate would be so good to buy stuff there! you guys are going to have a blast!

i am petrified and scared of going to america now. it just seems so remote and (yes i know this is corny) i'm going to miss my mum's food and cleaning and all the other stuff that mothers are for, including them.
also there is so many things to organise ------> visas, flights, insurance, housing, meal plans, consulates, scholarships fajgvnsaewvfnesjwghivesdnbwehb;sdx! argh, its endless!
