assam laksa

for the past week i have been really craving assam laksa. to the point where it was almost too much to handle! haha.

so one day when my mum didn't cook any lunch, i rumaged through our pantry and found this little beauty-

it was like a dream come true!

i immediately cooked it and oh boy did it taste good or wat! of course it doesnt really taste exactly (or at all) like the real thing, but when those cravings become unbearable it really does do the trick.

however, the thing is when u finish it, u kinda get sick of it- and it doesnt taste that nice at all! but once in a while is alrite.

what i really like about it, is that the soup (or shall i say MSG) is really sour and i lurrrrrv sour stuff. its also hot too and i lurrrrrve chilli!

thank goodness my mum cooked the real thing the other day-

i couldn't get a better shot cos i was too eager to dig in. i couldnt b bothered making it all presentable either- for the same reason lol.

my mums one definitely tasted alot better. bless her cotton socks.

BUT

u shud all try the instant noodles one too if u like assam laksa and sour/hot soup.

man, all this talk abt assam laksa is making me crave it again......
